Khyber Medical University General Hospital and Research Centre was established to provide specialized care to the community. The aim is to develop an environment of collaborative work among clinicians and researchers to achieve new heights in Health sciences and quality of care. Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar, invites applications from the Pakistani citizens (male/female) which must reach the office of undersigned on or before 9° September, 2024 for in-country candidates and 16° September 2024 for candidates applying from abroad.

Hospital Director

Equivalent ti bps-20 (Fixed Term and Fixed Pay Basis) Initially for three years, further extendable upon satisfactory performance report.

Upon 55 years

MBBS Degree with Post Graduation in Hospital or Health Services Management’ Public Health or Public Administration’ American board of Quality assurance or any equivalent management qualification from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of five years at senior.

Preference will be given to candidates having clinical degrees or Postgraduate equivalent clinical degree registered by PM&DC.

The Hospital Director shall be responsible for all administrative functions of the hospital, including Finance, Budgeting, Ancillary Services, Building Maintenance, Human Resource, Procurement and Quality Assurance / Accreditation with Regulatory Bodies.

  • in service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit NOC from their concerned Departments / Organizations along with their respective application forms.
  • Selection shall be made in the manner prescribed by the University. 
  • No TA/DA shall be applied in interview.
  • Incomplete application forms which do not include required documents (Bank receipt & testimonials etc.) 
  • Where an advertisement is withdrawn after the post(s) has/nave bean advertised a notice (corrigendum) canceling such advertisement  shall be published.
